created by members of Goober and The Peas to put out both their JET-AGE
GENIUS OF.. and THE COMPLETE WORKS OF.. albums. The Plumbobs came from Chelsea, MI among the same conditions the Asheton brothers met Jim Osterberg.. just close enough to An Arbor to freak but more able to slip into the dark forest and freak out. Live the band wielded the visual chaos of a Mr. Bungle show but with more the aural spark of somewhere between Prince and the Butthole Surfers that ignored any boundary of the stage like Crash Worship. Tom "Junior" Hendrickson and Dan "Goober" MIller along with Tim Pak whose Woodshed Studios it was recorded at produced the album.
